The final expansion for Battlefield 3 is about to go live. It will include new dogtags, ribbons, medals, assignements, trophies, as well as two new game modes - capture the flag and air superiority.
Release dates are as follows:
PS3 Premium members: March 5th X360 and PC Premium members: March 12th PS3 players: March 19th X360 and PC players: March 26th
If you haven't already, open up Origin to your My Games tab, right click on Battlefield 3 and click on Check for Update. A ~6GB patch was released today which includes the game components for End Game.
Battlefield 3: Aftermath will be released for premium members on December 4th. Features include several new vehicles, a crossbow, and a new game mode called scavenger where players start with just a pistol and must find more powerful weapons throughout the map.
Battlefield 3's fourth expansion pack is due to be released in late November/early December.
A new game mode called Scavenger will have players start with only a knife, grenade and a sidearm. More powerful weapons must be sought out and picked up off the ground or taken from enemies.
The post-earthquake environment will include new heavily modified vehicles as well as a crossbow.
